Ham Loaf

Ingredients

12- oz ground pork
12-oz ground ham
2/3 C breadcrumbs
¾ C milk
¼ C chopped onion
½ tsp dry mustard


Topping
¼ C ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except the toppings, and put in a loaf pan, or free form shape the loaf.
  3. Mix together topping ingredients and spoon over top of loaf.
  4. Bake for 1 –1 ½ hours.
