Lemon Sponge Pie

Ingredients
2 lemons, squeezed
2 C sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, separated
2 C milk

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream butter and sugar; add lemon juice, egg yolks, and and flour. Then add milk and beaten egg whites.
3. Pour into two 8″ pie shells.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
