Homemade “Bisquick” 1

Ingredients8 1/2 C flour3 Tbsp. baking powder1 Tbsp. salt2 tsp. cream of tartar1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 dry instant non-fat milk2 1/4 C Crisco Directions1.
