Ingredients
1 C water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 C salt
1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
food coloring
1 C flour
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except flour in a saucepan; heat until warm
2. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir, then knead until smooth.
3. Store in airtight container. Does not need to be refrigerated.
