Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients6 green peppers1 1/2 ground beef2/3 C cooked rice1 C tomatoes1 medium onion, chopped1 1/2 tsp. salt1 C tomato juice Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cut the top off of the green peppers, remove membranes and seeds.
