2 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 C flour
- Combine egg, salt and milk; add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on a floured surface and let stand 20 minutes
- Roll up up and slice 1/8 ” thick; spread out and let dry 2 hours.
- Drop into boiling soup or boiling salt water and cook for 10 minutes.
