Caramel Dip

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 packed brown sugar
1 C sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 C cold milk
1 pkg. (3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
assorted fresh fruit

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth; add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix. Beat well after each addition
2. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
3. Serve with fruit.
