Scalloped Corn


2 eggs
1/4 C butter
1 C spur cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg Jiffy Muffin Mix

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Melt butter in a 2 1/2 -3 quart casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
3. Bake for 1 hour.
