Lemon Ice

Ingredients
2 1/2 C sugar
2/3 C lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 quart milk

Directions
1. Use an electric mixer and blend all the ingredients until well blended.
2. Pour into a large Tupperware style bowl with lid. Cover and freeze until set.
