2 1/2 C uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg of dry onion soup mix
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan.
2. Mix soup with 1 can of water and dry soup mix. Stir in rice, mixing well.
3. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 -2 hours or until rice is tender.
