Nut Bread

1 egg
1 C sugar
1 C milk
3 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C raisins

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. Beat egg well, add sugar and milk, mixing well
3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed ingredients.
4. Stir in nuts and raisins.
5. Pour into and and bake for 1 hour.
