Ingredients
5-6 C flour
1 Tbsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
4 C light brown sugar
1 C melted butter
4 eggs
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients well and form into 2 logs.
2. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice logs and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
