Peanut Butter Pie

1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 C white corn syrup
1/8 tsp. vanilla
unbaked pie shell

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
3. Bake until lightly firm and don’t overbake.

*note – this is a recipe that Lee and Martha Head obtained from the files of the restaurant they bought in the 1940’s in Mooresville, In.
