Orange Cream Fruit Salad

App & Osborne Family Cookbook 2004

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 medium apple, chopped
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 milk
1/3 C frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 C sour cream

1. In a large bowl, combine fruits. Set aside.
2. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice for 2 minutes. Add sour cream; mix well.
3. Spoon pudding mixture over fruit and toss to coat.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
