Ingredients
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
1 1/4 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 large red onion, chopped
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1/8 C white sugar
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2/3 C mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, bacon, and onion.
2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, mayo, and lemon juice. Whisk together well.
3. Combine dressing with broccoli mixture and bacon; stir well.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
