Zucchini Stew

2 lbs. chopped zucchini, skin left on
2 C chopped celery
2 green pepper, chopped
1 C chopped onion
3 (14 oz.) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage

1. In Dutch oven, brown the sausage and drain.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
