Ingredients
9 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 C sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
1. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Mash add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy.
3. Spoon into greased casserole dish and dot with butter.
4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
* May be made ahead and baked up to a week later.
