Persimmon Pudding 3

Ingredients

2 C persimmon pulp
1/2 C water
2 C milk
2 eggs
2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger

Direction
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×13 pan.
2. In a large bowl combine persimmon, water and eggs. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir into wet ingredients and mix will. Add melted butter.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
