Cherry Coconut Custard Pie


1 -9″ unbaked pie crust
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C melted butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 C coconut

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Pour pie filling into crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and carefully pour over cherry pie filling. Return to oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until custard is set.
