Cover bottom of a 9×13 pan with 1 loaf of pound cake, sliced 1/2″ thick. Cover with 2 prepared packages of vanilla instant pudding mix. Next placed sliced bananas over top of pudding. Top with 1 container of Cool Whip. Refrigerate until cold and pudding is set.
