Pecan Pie

ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, beaten lightly by hand
1/2 C sugar & 1 Tbsp. flour mixed together
1 C light or dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
1 – 1/4 C pecans

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine eggs, sugar mixture, syrup, salt and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
3. Bake for 1 hour or just until set.
