Oven Stew

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
3 onions, peeled and chunked
1 can tomato soup
2 cans water
3 potatoes, peeled and chunked
3 carrots, peeled and chunked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 C dry red wine

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except red wine into a large casserole dish.
3. Bake uncovered, adding red wine about 30 minutes before serving.
4. Bake until meat and veggies are tender
