Sugar Cream Pie #2

1 unbaked pie shell
½ C brown sugar
½ C white sugar
½ C butter
½ C flour
1 ½ C half & half
1 egg white

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream butter and sugars together. Add flour, then milk.
3. Beat egg white until stiff, fold into pie mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
