Fruit Dip

Ingredients 1/2 C sugar1 C pineapple juice1 egg, beaten1 Tbsp butter1 C whipping cream, whipped to make peaks Directions1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.2. Let cool completely then fold in whipped cream.3. Serve with fresh fruit.
