Fruit Dip

Ingredients1/2 C sugar1 C pineapple juice1 egg, beaten1 Tbsp. butter1 C whipping cream, whipped to make peaks Directions1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.2. Let cool completely then fold in whipped cream.3. Serve with fresh fruit. Hot Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Dip

Shrimp Cocktail Dip
